About the Principal
Ayse Kilic has served in education in a variety of roles, including Computer and PLTW Engineering Teacher, College Counselor, Assistant Principal, and Principal. Her experience in teaching, counseling, college preparation, and school leadership has given her a strong understanding of the academic and personal support students need to succeed.
She earned her Master’s Degree in School Counseling and completed an Education Specialist program in Educational Leadership at Northwest Missouri State University.
Her leadership focuses on academic achievement, STEM education, college and career readiness, student development, and creating a positive and supportive school environment. As Principal of Frontier STEM High School, she is committed to supporting students and teachers, strengthening educational opportunities, and continuing the school’s growth and success.
